After graduating in June '61 I enlisted in the USAF. After basic training and another school in Texas I was assigned to a base in Merced CA where I spent my service time until my discharge. spent my 14 year career in LA and Orange Counties until a serious injury caused me to leave the force. I became a successful mortgage banker in Orange and Sacramento counties for 16 years. Linda and I divorced after 14 years but are in regular contact. I returned to state service and worked another 14 years before retiring in 2009. After traveling full time in my RV throughout the West, I bought a home near Las Vegas where I now live.
